Cowboy boots

The kids and I went to a very nice fair in Nevada County that has a ton of animals and horses. When I told Harrison where we were going he immediately said he would have to wear his boots, well he hasn't taken them off since. He has literally worn them everyday for the last two weeks. Its still sandal season! Well Harrison was so excited about his boots, that little Miss Madeline also wanted some, so we went out and got her a pair also. I don't have the pictures of the fair yet, but here is Madeline and Harrison with their boots on. Madeline was on her way to gymnastics class.

Benjamin's 2 month old check-up

Benjamin is already 2 months old! He went to the doctor and he weight 10lb 4 oz and is 22inches long (which is a half inch longer than Harrison when he was born) He is starting to smile and it is just darn adorable. Madeline is a little mommy, she is always taking care of him. She loves to feed him a bottle when i allow it (and of course she has to make it) if Benjamin is crying she gives him his binky or pats him on the back and sings to him. She will help change his diaper and get him dressed. She likes to buckle him into his car seat. The other day I asked her to do something, but she had to walk by Benjamin to get it done, she stopped, adjusted his blanket, gave him a kiss and then moved on. Harrison is ready to have another playmate!! He never lets Benjamin out of his sight and talks to him all the time. He would love to be able to carry Benjamin everywhere.

Another Camping Trip

We decided to take the kids for one overnight camping stay with our friends. We had lots of fun, we went out on their boat and enjoyed some tubing. Here are some pictures.
